Terms of Service
Effective: 3 October 2026
These Terms, together with your signed consent & agreement, are the terms of working with Small Guard University. Part 1 is the mentorship: what is guaranteed, how long it runs, what I ask of you, how payment works, and what you agree to. Part 2 is the general part. Your signed document carries your own facts and what I deliver for your family; if it and this page ever differ, your signed document wins.
Provider: ELITE LEGACY GROUP LTD ("we," "us," "our"), trading as Small Guard University, a company registered in England and Wales, company number 16234309, registered office 128 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom. Contact: memo@smallguarduniversity.com.
Part 1: The mentorship
These are the terms of working with me one-on-one. Your signed consent & agreement carries your own facts (your athlete, your dates, your price) and what I deliver; this page carries the rest. If the two ever differ, your signed document wins.
What I do
Every coach your family targets hears from your athlete, personally. I work every reply with them. Your family chooses from the offers they earn. I never promise a level, or an offer. Results are not guaranteed.
What is guaranteed
An offer, no: that decision is a coach's. What I guarantee is 5 or more real conversations with college coaches within 30 days of the first message sent in your athlete's name. A real conversation is a coach's own reply to your athlete's outreach, written by a person, whether it is a yes, a no or a question; automatic replies and mass camp invitations do not count. If fewer than 5 come in those 30 days, and you met your side, you may ask me for a full refund at once (see Refunds). Beyond that, results are not guaranteed: no level, offer, scholarship, roster spot or continued coach interest is promised. How the work is done is my call: the channels, the volume, the order and the timing.
The term
From the day of your first payment until your athlete's expected college enrollment date, written on your signed document: the same rule for every athlete, whatever their class year or situation. It ends earlier the day your athlete signs with a program, or the day we both agree to stop.
Your side
Follow the plan we set on our call, without asking me to change it. Material and tasks assigned to your athlete or family are done within 48 hours, consistently: film, schedules, transcripts, follow-ups, questions for their coach, and anything else of that kind; nearly all of it your athlete can do alone. Every coach is replied to within 48 hours of my suggested reply, using the responses I give you. Every call a coach asks for is accepted, every visit I recommend is attended, and the calls we hold are attended. Every coach contact is reported to me, wherever it happens: in person, on another platform, by email. A single missed deadline counts against the refunds, unless something made it impossible and you told me at the time and I confirmed it. If your side lapses as a pattern, I say so once, in writing; if it continues, I may end the work for cause. Their discipline is part of the result.
Payment
The price and schedule are set on our call and written on your signed document. The price does not depend on any result. For payments in parts, your card stays on file and you receive a receipt for each. A late payment gets one written notice; if it stays unpaid 14 days after that notice, I may end the work for cause and the balance stays owed. The order of things: you sign; then you pay; then the onboarding call; then the work begins. All sales are final, except as the next section says.
Refunds
There are three cases, and they cannot be combined. First: if fewer than 5 real conversations come within 30 days of the first message sent in your athlete's name, and you met every condition under “Your side,” you may ask me for a full refund at once. Second: if your athlete receives no offer of any kind (verbal, written, a roster spot, a scholarship, or admission to any college) at any point during the term, and you met every condition under “Your side,” you may request a full refund in writing within 30 days after the term ends; I may ask for documentation. Any offer at any point ends this right for good; so does any request to override the plan; so does an end for cause. Third: if I end the work early for my own reasons, you pay only for the days from your first payment to the day I stop (the price divided by the days of your term, times those days), and I refund the rest of what you have paid. An end for cause is not refunded: a pattern of missed work on your side after my written notice, materially false information, access or cooperation not provided, a late payment left unpaid after notice, or work that would take me outside Section 3 of Part 2. If the work ends early for any reason other than my own step-away, payments made are not refunded and any unpaid part of the price stays owed.
Your consent
By signing your document you give me permission, on your athlete's behalf, to connect their social media and email accounts to my software, to send outreach to college coaches as your athlete from their own accounts, to read the replies and to post on those accounts; and to use your athlete's name, images and video, results, and our work together to promote my service, in any media or online outlet I choose. You may withdraw the marketing consent for future use by writing to memo@smallguarduniversity.com.
Not included
Travel, camps, visits, or anything a program charges.
Part 2: General terms
1. Who the client is
Our client is the parent or legal guardian who engages us ("you"). The athlete is the intended beneficiary of the service. Where the athlete is a minor, the parent or guardian is the contracting party and the person who provides consent for the athlete's participation and data.
2. What the service is
Small Guard University provides recruiting mentorship and outreach support for athletes and their families. The terms are set out in Part 1; your signed document carries your own facts and what we deliver for your family.
3. What the service is not
We are a service provider you hire. We are not a sports agent, we do not represent your athlete or act as their agent, and we do not negotiate any contract on your athlete's behalf. We do not contact college coaches in our own name; outreach is sent as your athlete, from your athlete's own accounts, at your and your athlete's direction. We do not provide, arrange, negotiate, or solicit any name-image-and-likeness (NIL), endorsement, or professional-sports representation. We do not provide legal, financial-aid, admissions, tax, or eligibility advice.
4. Fees
Your price and payment schedule are set on our call and written on your signed document; the payment rules are in Part 1. There is no self-serve checkout. Card statements will show the descriptor SMALL GUARD UNIVERSITY.
5. No guarantee of results
We do not guarantee any recruiting outcome: an offer, a scholarship, or a roster spot. Recruiting results depend on college coaches, competition, and other factors outside our control. What is guaranteed is set out in Part 1, and nothing more.
6. Your responsibilities
To deliver the service we need your cooperation. You agree to provide accurate information about your athlete, to authorize and maintain the access needed for outreach from your athlete's own accounts, to respond within the times set in Part 1, and to ensure your athlete takes part as agreed. You confirm you are authorized to enter this engagement on the athlete's behalf and to consent to the use of the athlete's accounts and information as described.
7. Eligibility and rules
You and your athlete are responsible for your athlete's eligibility and for compliance with the rules of their school and of any athletic association. We do not give eligibility advice, and nothing we provide is a statement about your athlete's eligibility.
8. Term and termination
The engagement runs for the term in Part 1 and on your signed document, and ends earlier the day your athlete signs with a program or the day we both agree to stop. We may end it for cause as set out in Part 1, with the written notice Part 1 describes where it applies. Refunds are set out in Part 1 and in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
9. Intellectual property and publicity
Any materials we create for you are provided for your athlete's recruiting use. We use your athlete's name, image, likeness, footage, or results in our own marketing only under the written consent in your signed agreement (Part 1, "Your consent"); nothing in these Terms grants us that right by default.
10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The service is provided on a reasonable-efforts basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and, beyond what Part 1 guarantees, make no guarantee of any recruiting outcome. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the engagement is limited to the total fees you paid to us for the engagement. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
11. Governing law and disputes
These Terms and any engagement are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights available to you in your country of residence.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect on the day you sign your agreement, together with that agreement, governs your engagement.
