Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Your agreement governs

What you pay, when you pay it, and how long the work runs are set out in your signed agreement and in Part 1 of our Terms. The price does not depend on any result. All sales are final, with the three exceptions below, which cannot be combined.

2. The 30-day refund

We guarantee 5 or more real conversations with college coaches within 30 days of the first message sent in your athlete's name (a coach's own reply, written by a person, whether a yes, a no or a question). If fewer than 5 come in those 30 days, and you met every condition under “Your side” in Part 1 of our Terms, you may ask for a full refund at once, at memo@smallguarduniversity.com.

3. The refund after the term

If your athlete receives no offer of any kind (verbal, written, a roster spot, a scholarship, or admission to any college) at any point during the term, and you met every condition under “Your side” in Part 1 of our Terms, you may request a full refund in writing within 30 days after the term ends, at memo@smallguarduniversity.com. We may ask for documentation. Any offer at any point ends this right for good; so does any request to override the plan set on your call; so does an end for cause.

4. If we end the work early

If we end the work early for our own reasons, you pay only for the days from your first payment to the day we stop (the price divided by the days of your term, times those days) and we refund the rest of what you have paid. An end for cause, as set out in Part 1 of our Terms, is not refunded.

5. Ending early for any other reason

The engagement ends at the end of the term, the day your athlete signs with a program, or the day we both agree to stop. If it ends early for any reason other than our own step-away, payments made are not refunded and any unpaid part of the price stays owed. To write to us about ending, email memo@smallguarduniversity.com with your name and your athlete's name; we will confirm receipt and tell you what, if anything, is refundable under your agreement.

6. Billing questions

If you paid by card and believe a charge is wrong, please contact us first so we can resolve it quickly.

7. Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy removes any rights you have under mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence.
